Event Ticket Refund, Weather & Exchange Policy
We’re so excited to welcome you to our event! To help you plan with confidence, please read through our full policy regarding refunds, weather-related changes, ticket exchanges, and ticket protection options.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available in the event of a full event cancellation — unless ticket protection has been purchased and your claim meets the eligibility criteria.
If the event is officially cancelled and will not be rescheduled:
• A full refund will be automatically issued to the original method of payment.
• You will receive an email with cancellation details and next steps.
Please note:
• Refunds will not be granted for no-shows, schedule conflicts, or personal reasons—except when covered by ticket protection.
• Tickets are otherwise non-refundable.
Ticket Protection:
If you purchased ticket protection at checkout and need to cancel for a covered reason (e.g., medical emergency, travel disruption), you may submit a claim through our ticket protection provider. All claims must be made in accordance with the provider’s terms and conditions.
Weather Policy
This event will take place rain or shine, so come prepared for outdoor conditions! However, in the event of severe or unsafe weather, the event may be postponed.
If the event is postponed due to weather:
• It will be rescheduled within 30 days of the original date.
• All existing tickets will remain valid for the new date.
We appreciate your understanding as we prioritise guest safety.
Ticket Exchange Policy
We know plans can change! You may transfer your ticket to another guest up to 7 days before the event.
To request a ticket exchange:
• Email us at apoio@espetaculodelanternas.com
• Include your full name, ticket details, and the name of the new attendee.
Please note:
• Exchanges are only allowed up to 7 days before the event date.
• Exchanges do not apply to changes in event date or to future events.
• If you purchased ticket protection, you may be eligible for a refund instead (based on claim approval).
